Fuel your adventure at Wings and Wheels on Saturday, September 16, 2023, from 10 AM-3 PM. This aviation-themed event will be a fun-filled day for all ages, with plenty of exciting activities to keep you entertained.

Drive-ins: Watch in awe as the Houston Electrical Vehicle Association (HEVA) brings their electrifying car group to the event! Embrace the future of transportation with these eco-conscious EV enthusiasts dedicated to a greener planet.

Historical Presentation:
11:00 AM - Immerse yourself in the captivating world of aviation with a book reading and signing by Captain Lynn Rippelmeyer, titled 'Life Takes Flight.'

1:00 PM - Discover the architectural marvels of the 1940 Air Terminal Building in a detailed historical talk by Michael Bludworth.

VR Flight Simulator:
Experience the thrill of flying with our VR flight simulator! Take control in a cockpit simulation departing from Hobby Airport and soaring beyond. Suitable for all ages, so bring the whole family!

Museum Exhibits:
Explore the newest exhibit featuring Trans-Texas Airways and delve into Houston's rich aviation history spanning from the early 1900s to the present day.

Admission is $12 for adults and $6 for kids. Fly-in visitors, car club drivers, and museum members receive free admission!

We're located on the westside of Hobby Airport, and we welcome visitors from all over the city and beyond to explore and learn about Houston's aviation history. We can't wait to see you there!
